The Authentic Italian Table series has reached its sixth edition in 2022. The event is taking place at the Faema Canada Showroom and will be organized in collaboration with a number of GTA restaurants and grocery stores who will prepare various dishes for the participating media, influencers and industry representatives. Chef Roberto Fracchioni will bring his own expertise to the event serving delicious dishes to complement the selection offered by the restaurants and stores.

This edition of the Authentic Italian Table will be focused on Italian gourmet and specialty panini, prepared with DOP/IGP products by the participating restaurants. Each restaurant will present their individual panino, created specifically for the event, to the participating media, influencers, bloggers and industry representatives. Chef Roberto will introduce the True Italian Taste by talking about authentic Italian products, their traceability and quality and why it makes a difference to use them in your day-to-day cooking. He will also pair each panino with a delicious side that will complement each dish and enhance the authentic Italian products that were used. Participants will have the chance to browse through the tables and try each panino at their own time, tasting the various types of panini that will be available.
