As part of the ‘Extraordinary Italian Taste’ program, the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario (ICCO) is joining the Centennial College Alumni Association for an Alumni Reception for graduates of the School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts.

The event is a private dinner for Centennial College Alumni that will get a behind the scenes tour of the new facilities, be treated to a variety of culinary delights prepared by master chefs and students and have a chance to network and reconnect with faculty and friends.

ICCO is pleased to announce that Chef Rob Gentile, Chef Director, The King Street Food Company, will be a part of this exciting event. Chef Gentile will deliver a special presentation focusing on Protected Designation of Origin products. Focus of the event will be authentic Italian products with the DOP/IGP denominations.
