ICCT and Fellow GTA Ethnic Business Associations
Forge New Relationship
April 10, 2008
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on April 10 between the ICCT, the Toronto Chinese Business Association (TCBA), the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) and the Federation of Portuguese Canadian Business and Professionals (FPCBP).The purpose of the agreement is to develop a series of activities together in the years to come. Mr. Paina is hopeful that this MOU will open the doors for the coming-together of the GTA’s Italian-Canadian organizations. “If these are times of globalization,” Paina says, “they are also times of inclusion. We want all of our organizations to play a bigger role in the growth of the city.”
