On September 23, more than 300 young professionals, political and cultural leaders celebrated the launch of ICCO Forward at the elegant C Lounge. This dynamic new division designed for people under the age of 40 is committed to promoting economic and cultural synergies locally and worldwide between business, government and individuals. The event featured key speakers such as Anthony Lacavera, and Ersilia Serafini, live jazz entertainment and array of culinary delights.

Since its inception in 2009, the standing committee of ICCO Forward has grown to include more than dozen young professionals. It has formed sub-committees dedicated to expand community outreach, organizing innovating events, and establishing a mentorship program. In fact, during the evening of the event, ICCO Forward officially launched the “Ron Farano Mentorship Program”. The scope of this mentorship program is to create a more defined path for the mentee to follow for professional development with the aid of a committed and passionate mentor. Guests had the opportunity to fill out a mentorship card survey at the event for their chance to win an iPod shuffle.
