In keeping with the magazine’s theme, business and the environment, guests had a chance to hear a special address from Alessandro Ferlito, commercial director of the Novara, Italy-based company Novamont. Novamont produces biodegradable and compostable disposable items such as coffee cups and lids, cutlery, produce trays, take-out food products and packaging foams. Our guests at the event enjoyed fine food and wine, and espresso offered by FAEMA
